Birthgay Party

Come and socialise with your fellow members with libations and nibbles.

If this is your first PFR Birthgay Party, you are in for a treat! We'll supply food, there will be a bar for drinks, there will be music, there might be dancing, there will be laughs, fun will ensue ;)

This year we have an ace spot - Loton Park Tennis Club - it'll be a smashing time.

Tickets to our Birthgay Party is free for members, please register using the button above. Plus Ones are welcome too at $10 a ticket. Note: Plus Ones who are not members won't be able to vote at the AGM.

AGM

There will be a live election for committee. Only members can vote and run for office; other guests are welcome to observe or feel free to sign up a member today HERE.

We strongly encourage nominations from different parts of the club's diverse gender identity and sexual identity spectrum.

Special Resolutions

There will be 2 x special resolutions to be voted on at this year's AGM to amend our club Rules:-

1. To move our financial year to finish at the end of March each year, to align with our membership year. This will provide more accurate financial reporting to members are future AGMs.
2. To set the number of committee members at 9 (which is what is has been for a few years) and to also introduce quotas in the committee, to increase the representation of members who do not identify as cismale. This is to address a gender identity imbalance that has persisted in the makeup of the committee for several years. It is proposed that at least 2 of the 5 ordinary committee members be other than cismale, in addition to any office holders (ie Co-Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer) who do not identify as cismale.
