Event information
Sunday social for all those female and non-binary identifying members who would like to come along for a relaxed and inclusive morning.
All our events are completely inclusive. Similar to all Frontrunner events we kick off with a quick circle of introductions and explanation of routes on offer. There will always be the opportunity to run, jog or walk with 5km and 3km routes available. We have found the majoriy like to walk and we tend to stick together as a group so noone will get left behind. This is a great chance to chat with other and make new friends.
After some light exercise we join together for coffee and all important socialising.
All LGBTQIA+ Femmes, Thems and Allies welcome.

The upcoming dates/locations for 2025 are:-
- Sun 28 September @ 10am Lake Gallup, Wembley. Meet at What the Flip Coffee Cart. Walk a lap of Lake Gallup followed by coffee at WTF.
- Sun 28 October @ 10am Matilda Bay, Crawley. Meet at Bayside Kitchen. Walk an out and back along the bay.
- Sat 22 November @ 9am - Perth Frontrunners 2025 Pride Run and Walk held at Elizabeth Quay. Not a stand alone Femmes and Thems event but the clubs main event of the year and fully inclusive. FREE to attend. Register here
- Sun 28 December 10am A.P Hinds Reserve, Bayswater. Meet at The Oarhouse for a Christmas Picnic. Bring a plate to share or grab some treats from the cafe.
- That wraps up the program for our inaugral year of the Femmes and Thems program. Stay tuned for the 2026 shedule of events
